Listen, we know things don't always work out...
THE POLICY
If for any reason you aren't satisfied then I will accept returns unworn, unwashed, free of stains, visible wear, smoke smells, fragrances, or animal hair with tags still attached mailed within 30 days of receipt for a refund to your original form of payment for the cost of the item. After 30 days, no returns will be accepted. This means your return must be postmarked by the 30th day to be accepted. A return will not be granted without tags attached. Please include your invoice or a printed a copy of the order confirmation that was sent to your email to ensure that you receive credit for your returned item. Original shipping fees paid will not be refunded. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, therefore, a $7.99 fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
PICK-UP ORDERS
The 30 day return period for pick-up orders starts the day you were notified your order is ready for pick-up. This means if you wait more than 30 days to pick your order up, it will no longer be eligible for return. If you pick your order up on the 29th day after it was ready, you have 1 day to return the item.
INVALID RETURNS
If you attempt to return an item outside of the return policy requirements or it is not in acceptable condition when received by Emporium B, we will contact you regarding the issue. If you'd like to have the item returned to you, you will be responsible for a $7.99 re-shipping fee. If you do not pay the re-shipping fee after 7 days, the clothing item will be donated.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
We try our very best to ship orders out fairly quickly. Sometimes, only within hours of your order so if you'd like to cancel an order, please contact me as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped it will be subject to the original return policy.
FINAL SALE ITEMS
All sale merchandise, shoes, and accessories are final sale and cannot be returned. Due to hygiene reasons, accessories such as hats and headbands as well as intimates such as bralettes are also final sale.
EXCHANGES
Due to the nature of inventory stock and items selling quickly I can't always guarantee availability for exchanges. Instead I offer straight refunds so if you're hoping to exchange for a new size you will be able to purchase at the time of refund if it is in stock. However, sometimes items do sell out fast. If you would like to ensure you are able to secure the item you wish to exchange for, we suggest you consider purchasing it right away and I will refund your return item once I have received it.
DEFECTS
I do my very best to inspect all items before heading your way but if for any reason there is a defect of some kind I may have missed, I will cover return shipping and work with you to rectify the situation. I want to make sure you are happy!
